The Italian National competence Center of the European project EuroCC has launched its second call for PoCs, offering the access to expertise and infrastructures on HPC, HPDA and AI. For this second call, the duration of selected PoCs is set to max 10 months.
In the meanwhile, 8 PoCs were submitted to the first call, and 6 out of those 8 were selected and successfully kicked off. The 6 PoCs spam in the following domains: climate risk assessment, CFD simulations for engineering applications, automotive, financial risk, and satellite data processing.
Il National Competence Center italiano del progetto EuroCC invita aziende e PMI italiane a sottoporre proposte innovative sotto forma di progetto per accedere ad infrastrutture e know how di High Performance Computing / High Performance Data Analytics / Artificial Intelligence. Per questa seconda edizione i progetti avranno durata di 10 mesi.

Il primo bando ha visto nel frattempo:
- La sottomissione di 8 progetti sottomessi nei campi: valutazione del rischio climatico, simulazioni di fluidodinamica per l’ingegneria, automotive, rischio finanziario, elaborazione dati satellitari.
- La selezione e l’avvio di 6 degli 8 progetti presentati.
